Gagan Narang, Anisa Sayyed win Gold in CWG 2010 shooting event

ONCE AGAIN Indian shooters proved their supremacy in the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2010 and won two gold medals today. First Gagan Narang targeted for gold in 10 m Air Rifle Men Singles Final  and later Anisa Sayyed in the 25 m Pistol Women Singles final at Dr. Karni Singh Shooting range.
Earlier today, two of the best Indian shooters Gagan Narang and Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra won gold and silver medal in the 10 m Air Rifle Men Singles Final. Narang shot a perfect 600 and equaled his own world record. It was third gold medal for India in shooting. James Huckle of England won bronze medal in this event.
Shooter Anisa Sayyed continued her gold charm in Commonwealth Games again today. She gunned for gold in the 25 m Pistol Women Singles Final. Another Indian shooter, Rahi Sarnobat had to be satisfied with silver medal. Malaysian shooter Pei Chin Bibiana begged bronze medal in this event.
In the Men's Pairs Double Trap event, Asher Noria and Ronjan Sodhi of India bagged silver medal in the Commonwealth Games today. England's shooter Steven Scott and Steven Walton won gold and Benjamin Cheng Jie Khor and Seng Chye Khor of Malaysia won bronze medal in the event.
Yesterday, Abhinav Bindra and Gagan Narang had won gold medal in men's 10m air rifle pair event and Rahi Sarnobat and Anisa Sayeed won gold in pairs 25m pistol event in the Commonwealth games 2010. India has already won four golds and five silver medals in the shooting event so far.
